Join us for a Hands-Only CPR Class led by our Public Health Nurse!

In just 30 minutes, teens in grades 9-12 will learn the life-saving basics of CPR without mouth-to-mouth breaths. This simple technique can double or even triple a person's chance of survival during a cardiac emergency. No experience needed, just your hands and the willingness to help save a life!
