Raise environmental awareness by collecting plastic trash and turning it into public art. This hands-on 2-day event will teach participants how to upcycle and learn about preserving natural resources.
Join visiting artist Kim Bernard and her PopUpCycler in transforming plastic trash into art.
After collecting #2 plastic milk, water, and juice jugs, participants will clean, cut, shred and extrude them into a colorful collaborative sculpture installation that will raise environmental awareness. Get inspired, branch out and learn about native plants along with the importance of preserving our precious natural resources through creativity and community engagement.
Registration is required and will open on July 1st.
