4-Part Series: Tuesdays, February 4, 11, 25 & March 4
Mental Health First Aid for Adults is a skill-based training that teaches people how to identify, understand, and respond to signs and symptoms of a mental health or substance use challenge in adults. First Aiders will learn how to help in crisis and non-crisis situations and understand where to turn for additional assistance.
Taunya L. Jarzyniecki, a Credentialed Instructor at the National Council on Mental Wellbeing and the Reading Public Safety Clinician will teach the course. Participants must attend all four sessions on February 4, 11, 25, and March 4 from 5:30-8:00 pm at Reading Public Library to become certified as a First Aider.
For questions about the workshop, please contact Taunya Jarzyniecki, (781) 942-6795, clinician@ci.reading.ma.us
